Need help....because I am helpless (no really!)

Can someone tell me the details fo the hex head screw on a 951 rear caliper (i.e. lenght, thread count etc...)? This would be the screw that holds the halves together with the little metal bracket. I am coming down to the situation to where I am going to have to get it machined out. With that said they may have to re-tap it and want to give them as much detail as possible so they do not go too deep and wide. I cannot find it on PET. It may be there but I could not find it. Much appreciated.

Are you referring to the two capscrews on each side of the caliper that holds the body to the center piece?

![]() We should be glad to have a proper wrench turner to call on.. and he usually doesn't get upset about the lack of knowledge

I was able to find them in PET but there is no description other than "repair kit spring plate." AFJ, were these the screws you were thinking of?
