Wires left over?!

trying to help out a friend whos recently rebuilt their engine he has 2 wires left over any ideas (runs okay without them at the moment)? cheers Dave

3rd vote for oil pressure sender. I think it's the only set of connectors with those big round rubber boots on them.

well full marks on oil pressure sender, for some reason the actual sender had been replaced with a blanking plate?!

Shhhh! Those are the two wires to power that electric supercharger\timebomb on the other post. With those wires attached, that motor will spin at well over 350K RPM, producing at least 3 bar of boost.

(right up until the turbo siezes up)


All kidding aside, any clue as to whythere is a blockoff plate? It is a threaded fitting that holds the sensor - perhaps it could be removed and a proper sender installed.
