part number...?

missing the dome lamp bulb - which one should I look at to replace it?

also, like someone else recently... I need to know how to wire up the lamp. My car came without the whole fixture, and I just recently picked one up and now I need to know how to wire it up... so any help there would be appreciated...

dome lamp is a Sylvania 6411.

I'm still looking for a photo, or wiring diagram. Can't find it in the Haynes manual. I've got it working via dome light switch, but not where it turns on when door is open. Anyone?

Check the switches in the door jams. Mine are stuck. They have one Phillips head in each, and are in the front, near the hinges.

Thanks for the help pokey. My door jams are good. My problem is one i created - I took the done light out to wash & clean the connections. Didnt mark which wire goes where. So now it works at the switch on the light - either always on, or always off, but not sure where the "door open" wire goes, or even if I have the other 2 wired correctly. I figured if someone could take a quick picture of it wired right, then it should make it that much easier. Thanks for the help tho.

fyi - the 6411 is too wide.. at least it was for my setup... I had to go with a 6418 (I believe - I'll double check that when I get the package out of the car)... it's GE part number C5W...
