Porsche Crest Still need help!

Ok guys, I need sway bars, struts, strut brace, and springs, but were should I get them from? Cheapest? Also still, what modifications can I do to increase performance other than above items, or what could increase power to the 2.5L I have.

Okay engine performance wise, I would just get FR-wilks Power Prom 2, its the best bang for the buck. Most engine mods to get more HP are alot of money and time with min amounts of HP gained. The 2.5L is a good solid engine but it doesnt responed to bolt ons like a Honda does. What kinda HP you looking for? I will list 3 basic upgrades

1. Fr-wilk Power Prom 2
2. Throttle response Throttle cam ( no HP gain but better throttle feel)
3. exhaust header.

theses 3 upgrades wil not giv you alot of HP but it will make you car feel more agrresive and more fun.

Other mods are gonna cost alot of money. You could stay NA and go with some 1988 (10.2CR) or euro pistons (10.8CR) throw in a perfomance cam and a lightweight flywheel and be at maybe 170HP with the 2.5L, Or you could get all crazy and bore/stoke to a 2.8L with some custom JE pistons(11.0CR) and sleeves and maybe be at 200hp

Now if your looking to stay out of the engine your gonna have to spend some money and go with some type of power adder, mostly a SC or nitrous. Most SC kits that I have seen (stage 1) will get you to about 215hp on a stock 2.5L engine but the price is like $5,000 for a kit. Most nitrous kits cost about $850 but I wouldnt go much higher then a 50-75HP shot (wet only) Now a properly tuned nitrous kit (and someone who knows how to use it) can last a long time and wont hurt the engine.

The fact is that you need to do some reading and searching and find out what you want and what you want the car to do. Eather way its gonna cost money and most of the time gains are min.
