I need an intermittant wiper relay

Help anyone. My intermittant wiper relay went out on my 94 944 and Porsche is telling me it is no longer available. Anybody got one they want to part with or have an idea for a suitable replacement?

Thanks:

Steve

When was the last time you changed your timing and balance belts and/or cam chain and tensioner?

Thanks Hugh:

I should have just looked here first. Actually Porsche shows that it is no longer available to the dealers. I looked at their CD while I was there. I know these guys really well as I have had 5 911s and 4 Audis.

Thanks again:

Steve

With my first 924 I found that Porsche shared many of the relays with VW and Audi. I spent an afternoon in the junkyard and collected a bucket full for $5.00. Unfortunately, I gave everything away when I sold the car......

Doesn't look like it. Check out the part numbers on the page I linked to.

There are many many recyclers that probably have a ton of them, but do you want a used electrical part? If so, I'll send you some names and phone numbers to call.

razorback that would be very nice of you and id apreciate it a lot if you could send me some names n numbers. used electrical parts seem to be good with me however if the price is somewhat high and getting a new wiper relay is better, say if they want 30 for the relay il just go ahead n buy the new one so it all depends on the price for me.

thanks again

Marian
