86 944 A/C Problem-Need Help!

Ok, Well I am working a a real project in my Garage, you know one of those that the guy said "There are no problems at all with the car!" Knid of project! The A/C had been converted over to 134 from the R12 and was not serviced, but there were no problems and all I had to do was service it and no problems! Well GOt it serviced yesterday, COmpressor works and kicks on, have gret back pressure through the line. Clear in the bubble on the top of the can. I am getting that part to work.
1. I have no cold AIR at all, it still is blowing HOT air, was kind of cooling, not COLD, but very in and out, depending on the speed of the car it would also affect the fan, faster car faster fan, slower car slower fan. But seams like something is keeoping the coolant from reaching the condensor to cool the air!
2. The Fresh Air fan stays on all the time! Turn fan off and still blowing air, bad thing is it is sucking the HOT air from the engine compartment and blowing in to car, makes it real hot! Any suggestions? What could the problem be?
3. There are 2 wire connectors on the back of the intake manifold, non-turbo, the go from something on the back of the motor to the fire wall, possibly something with the AC? They have been rigged, to where one end has the connector and the other is going in and it is RTV, and have some bare wires, looks like they tried to make the connector work from the engine side to the connector block!
Any help would be greatly appreciated. God Bless, Mike

Well Thanks to John, the guy is awesome!, THis was my problem, I looked under there and sure enough the clip was broke, all that for that, ran the car with it temp fixed, and it ran cool, turned on the AC and the AC was COLD! I will find out for sure tomorrow in the Hot Day if it is working, Finally got the Sun Roof off, the I get the AC Fixed, what Luck! Guess I can't complain, learn something everyday!

Sounds like you may have a broken clip on one of the heater flaps. It's a "fail safe" type of mode. If the clip breaks you get all heat all the time. This way you don't freeze to death and die in the winter time. Who drives these cars in the winter anyway??? Check this link for the info. My clip was broken. Once fixed I no longer had constant hot air. It took a little extra effort and a lot of reading to understand what was going on here. What it amounts to is going into the driver side footwell and looking up to the center of the car. There is a cover you need to remove to view the arms and the clips. Once you figure it out it will all seem too easy. What you are explaining sounds exactly like the problem I had. I also had the exact same questions of bypassing the heater core. There is a servo that opens and closes a flap for the heat. There is a white plastic clip on the end of the rod that connects the flap to the servo. 99% sure you'll find a broken clip. I took a good white clip off another rod as it was the lesser of two evils till the replacements came in.
