Question Bad memory...What is this again?

The sensor near the blue temp sensor that has one wire and spade. I forgot what is is for. Turbos have this sender but w/2 spade. IIRC brown/black stripe. On a 87 na

Never mind I figured it out....coolant temp. Now if it is bad/disconnected what symptoms arise?

Are you sensing a problem?

The sensor you describe is for the temperature gauge only. The gauge should read minimum temperature if it is disconnected. The sensor with the blue plug is for the DME only.

Good it works then. It has a brittle wire and I heard a snap/crack but it is running the gauge as per spec. Thanks Edek
