Fixed bad grounds, now it won't start.

I cleaned and fixed the ground connections under the dash above the fuse panels, good lord that was a pain!
Now, no windshield wipers and it cranks but wont start. sheesh.
I had pulled the fuse box from it's mount and lowered it down to do the grounds, but didn't disconnect any wires (intentionally). I thought I might have pulled something loose from the backside of the fuse-box, but can't find any loose connections.

Wipers have 12V across the fuse (#11). There is no relay where it's supposed to be, but there never was one and the wipers still worked, just not intermittent.

Anyone know which wires/connectors go to the wipers at the fuse panel?
Any suggestions what might have come loose to cause the no starting?

I put this on the other forum because Pelican was down earlier, no response tho.

You can make the wipers run without the relay by jumpering across two of the contacts. You just won't have the intermittent feature. Maybe your jumper fell out when you worked with the panel. If you need I can look up where the jumper goes.
