Reverse Light Sensor

My reverse lights do not work, where is the sensor at for the reverse lights?

switch is on the transaxle... look for two wires going to the sensor.

If you have a 924S or an early 944 with the speedo cable in the left front wheel, it is the only electrical connection in the transaxle, otherwise, it is the one that is not the speedometer sender.

As Ecology said for the earlies, it's on the passengers side. Jump the switch to see if they work first. My switch is inoperable at the moment, but I don't spend alot of time in reverse either. One day I'll have to inspect this thing, and buy a new switch, just waiting on the man to make me. Got a warning a year ago, didn't do much good.
