2.5 & 2.7 differences

What are the differences in the 2.5 and 2.7 engines? What parts will interchange etc.

The search function won't recognize 2.5 or 2.7

The 2.7 I believe uses a different water pump. The impeller is larger and will not work on a 2.5.

Cylinder head has different water passages which only line up with the 2.7L block and 3.0L blocks. Cylinder head has larger intake valves aswell as oval intake ports.
