Adding a rear sway bar
I have a 944S that did not come with a rear sway bar. I have the bar, drop links with the eccentric bolt and have ordered new bushings and the clamps. When I remove the old bolts and install the new ones do I need to do anything in particular or just take one out and put the new one in?

Not that I recall, I added a rear bar to my old 924 and it was pretty straight forward.

I don't recall any gotcha's on mine, but it's been years since I put it on so I've probably forgotten anything that popped up.
