Need pics of custom front/rear speaker conversions

For those of you who have kept the 4x6's in the front: have you tried any aftermarket speaker grills? I have some Pioneer 4x6's right now and they make the stock speaker grills bulge out. I think it would look a lot nicer with something like a metal screen grill but any of the ones I've seen seem like they would be too thick and hit the dash when the door is closed.
