switch on the computer
Can anyone find the link to settings for the switch on the computer that has like 4 or 5 clicks and has something about the fuel and timing settings...
Had a used DME put in a few years back and have always failed emisiions every 2 years, yet my mixture is correct...I'm wondering if whoever owned the computer before messed with the settings and changed the setting ?? and which setting should my car be at 87 944 n/a HELP!!!! |

Here's a page from the 944 FAQ that seems to have what you're looking for, down in section 13.9. I don't know what specific settings your car 'should' have, as that might take some tuning/experimentation. Good luck!

which tests are u failing? NOx? CO? HC?
u can reduce NOx by adding fuel.....problem is..that increases HC. |

Full counter clockwise on that FQS switch is stock setting! This website while extremely informatvie can take months to understand and read through however he is spot on acurate! No false info here!
