Does anybody here have a G540 chip programmer?
I bought one recently, but I am getting errors when trying to program 2764A EPROMs and 28C64A EEPROMs. It will program the 1st byte of the EEPROM, but not any bytes of the EPROM, before returning the error. This is halting my DIY tuning progress, as that is the size chip that I need to program. Other size chips seem to program OK. Do I have a defective unit?
