Heater control problem

My '86 Turbo went to full heat the other day. $4 later I have a new heater clip and no heat With the ignition on, turning the temp control doesn't result in any movement on the blend motor. All other functions on the climate control work - fan control and foot and defrost controls. Where do I start to trouble shoot this?

Yes, I'd seen that before and it's a helpful general guide, buy doesn't cover my specific problem. Anyone else had this issue before?

Problem fixed - it was a bad fuse. The fuse wasn't blown but the contacts were dirty and somewhat corroded. A new fuse solved the problem.
