Yesterday approx 4:15 cruised with a 924S on 128N and 93N on my way home. Played a bit for a momemnt and both waved thumbs up and smilled.... plus saw 928 and 911Sc while together!

Yesterday as a passenger in a jeep(of course I couldn't have been in my car!) On Rt 46 in NJ going up from blockbuster-

Black 944
Black 968
Black 911
they came in rapid succession all going the other way but were far enough apart that I don't think they were together. I wish I was in my car!

Yesterday spotted a 67 911, red with whale tail parked on someones lawn...theres also a nice black 928 down the road...its to bad i never see them cruisin around...-chris

Driver: Young, college-looking guy, who turned out to be 30
Flash: I was trying on a tux, and the guy pulls up to the store in a 1986 944, he parked it across from my 1985.5 944. He comes in and asks who the 944 owner inside the store is. The girl I was at the store with pulls me out of the dressing room and shows me the guy and his car. I get into a conversation with the guy, who seemed real cool and had a great-looking, very well maintained car. I was about to tell him about this site, but it slipped my mind (hard to converse when I had a girl-my prom date- yelling at me to turn around so she could see how I looked in my tux.)

I was driving across the bridge yesterday and there was a silver 993 going the other way. He gave me a wave and I waved back. Nice to see other porsche owners still apreciate us 944's. The guy who owns it is a professer at the University of New Brunswick. Well it's nice to see my tution going to a worth while cause anyways.

Early 80's 911, I flashed and got ignored...oh, that's right...I was driving my P-truck. Nevermind.

I parked beside a new 996 cab today. First time I have ever seen a 996 in person before and all I can say is WOW

It made my car look like chevette or something LOL.

Makes up for the jerk in the late 80's red 911 that refused never turned his head from the forward position the day before on the same stretch of highway...rode along side for several miles!

Keeping it alive...

Drove through a green light where a I believe 993 was waiting to make a left coming from the opposite direction. I stuck my hand out the window and as I got closer to him he flashed and then we made eye contact he waved. The 993 was white.

Saw three 944s in NJ and two 993s....and 25 state troopers..one up real close...got cuaght passing a truck doing 87 in a 65 and he pulled me over and gave me a parking ticket and talked about my car and wondered how i could afford it...hahahhaa He was really really nice ..besides that...Thats NYS TROOPERS I OWE YOU ONE!!!!!!!!!!

Here is my flash story was driving down the main road in my suburb, I have a silver 968 when lo and behold...over the horizon I spot a boxster approaching from the other direction......coincidentally silver as well..........as we pass I notice a brand new temp tag/plate in the window....must have been brand new........I give him the flash and a wave..........and nothing..........nothing in return from him.........now where we live a Porsche is a rare site........944's are few and far between.....so I know he saw me.......

Ya I am in Fredericton. So you are in SJ and have a 968. Wow I would love to see that sometime. Not many porsches around here, but you probably know that.

I live on the island state of Tasmania in Australia, our population is around the 450k.

Awesome roads for Porsche's and the like.

Ok getting to the chase now, i was in my black 944 in town and an interstate Black 944 Cab came around a corner we both gave a friendly wave. It did look like a sweet car.

driving along the highway and passed a white 944 i waved but no response. A young bloke around 20's in a red 924 keeps bumping into me on the highway, I see him coming from behind me then he spots me and fly's past. He has done this on a number of occasions.

By the way My business partner has also got a black 944, I am pretty sure we have the only two in the state (black).

Comments: I was at a light, he was making a left onto the road I was in (so he passed right by me). I put my hand out the window and waved and when he saw me he waved back from inside the car. He had the sport-design wheels...very nice.

Lets see,
Just finished the clutch job, and took it out for the first time this year.

1.) Guards Red 928 S4. I waived and flashed, didn't even look at me.
2.) Black 924. I waived and he waived frantically. I think he had never been waved to!
3.) Black Boxster S. Waived, and he waived back!

4.) Saw my dream 911 is still forsale at the local porsche dealer. I waived at it (does that count? ) FYI, its a 993 coupe in metallic blue (C4).

Big Disapointment

Comments: I decided to take the highway this morning which is not my usual route. I took the highway because I think its good to get the turbo up an spinning. I merge onto 495 South in my 951 and I see him in my side view. I slow so he comes up beside me. Right when he gets beside me I turn and wave. He looks like he has a BIG BUG up his arse. He pulls away. What a farrrrkin Isehole! Obviously not an enthusiast.
