dumb oxygen sensor questions
if I use penetrating oil on the O2 sensor when removing it, how should I rinse the residual oil out of the threads on the exhaust pipe?
on a Bosch 13011, what is the signal wire in the plug end? will a torque wrench and O2 sensor socket work in that area, crowsfoot, or anything else? |

I sprayed some PB blaster. Used an adjustable size wrench and it screwed off really easily, first try. Luckily. Then carefully inserted the new universal sensor. Tightened to snug.

The 2 white wires are the heater wires---the black is the signal wire.
On the O2 sensor cord---at the connector plug end--the single "male" pin is the signal. John
