Turn Signal won't blink

For all you 944 gurus out there - my front passenger turn signal lights up when running lights are on - but won't flash when turn signal engaged. Last year at inspection it didn't work - but while we were standing there talking about it - it started flashing so he passed it. Here lately not so lucky and inspection is almost due. Would this be a relay issue - since bulb works - just doesn't flash. Is the bulb a single filament or dual filament? The back passenger turn signal works fine. Thought I would run it by everyone first instead of trial and error.

Front is dual filament and it could be a bad contact within the housing or the flasher itself has an issue.

You're probably just low on blinker fluid... or I suppose those particular contacts could be dirty in the front housing like fiat22turbo said. But I'd check the blinker fluid just to be sure.

Hello, the Indicator Flasher Relay "G4" is either bad or you have a bad bulb. Check the wiring around the bulb housing for breaks.

Cheers,
Larry

Thanks for help. Popped off lens pulled out bulb had some oxidation on contacts. Also one contact behind bulb seemed too far back. Pulled it forward a little and put in new bulb. All good now
