Port and header sizing for 968 ??

Does anyone happen to know or have to hand a 968 head and headers that they can give me the inner diameter of the exhaust port and headers please.

Thanks

I have an exhaust header sealing ring that measures 1 and 7/8 inch (about 48mm) internal diameter...if that helps.

Thanks Rob.

Thanks Thomas, it would be smaller than that. More likely 41mm port and 38mm I.D. runners but I am just wanting to get a correct measurement if possible.

Patrick hope you don't mind me jumping in but seeing as your question was answered...

Could any of you folks with a 968 head handy, measure the dimensions of the INTAKE port?
I assume it is larger than the 944S/S2 port, but just how much bigger?

No worries Spencer. I don't have that measurement handy either. I Don't need that but you should be able to find it easily enough.
I was inquiring about this trying to figure out what size to make new primaries and dual X overs for a twin scroll EFR turbo. Quite technical as it turns out.
Now we're going to put new motor into current setup (headers, Xover, Exhaust, GTX35) and see what it gets us. Cheaper and faster to get back on track this way. After that we can make better decisions of where we need to go....I hope. :-)

Actually I have it at 58mm x 52mm ...but that might be on a modified head.
Hmm, now I have seen an email from Duke saying the stock 968 ports are 56x44mm.
