MP, love your cars but Arghhh i hate when people put rear spoilers on OBs each to there own.
Ha ha!! You have to read milkmans posts more clearly, he will also put an S4 Wing on his since his hatch is an S4 hatch.

Also, removing the gaskets "after" painting over them will yield an Effed up paint job. Remember the paint will also create a seal in between the Bumper/Body and Gaskets. Now your gonna have to sand that part down and Primer, Repaint and Clear (way too shiny to not have clear on it.) before you put new Rubber Gaskets on. The way I see it and say it, do it correct the "first" time

I'll see your pair of 911's and raise you 6, count 'em 6 928 GTS's. :-)

Awesome pics!

The roads are still far too bad around here for me to increase my stable - apart from this action:

Still waiting on a Burago MIB and of course, there is the big one in the garage...

A Matchbox #59 in Gold (Bonus with the hologram wheels) still eludes me.

Very happy when I got the Transformer still on the card - to match the other two that are a little worse for wear. Well, that and the final-run-before-they-destroyed-the-die Hotwheels.

I was actually born with two left hands, so thats a pretty easy accommodation.

Actually not...but the handle it is a replacement installed by P/O.

Interesting point, I ddin't realize that is different than normal, I'll have to compare with the original.

I was trying to beat Riber to the detail

Our Trannies should be the same one. Here is my Stock handle after returning from Paul Champagne.

I have 2 Right hands

Good eye. I went back to the seller's flickr page (I'm on travel at the moment), shifters are different (between our two cars). If it isn't a model year variation that means I have less bad feelings about going to an alternative, generally I've been trying to check my tendency to customize as this car as my 86.5 is very original/low/mile etc.
Suppose I can price getting the original recovered and reinstalling, but doubt that anyone has the grey-green to make it worthwhile.

Just checked the schematics online. There are different part numbers for handle breaking at 84 model year.

Have you tried to flip it around? I believe it was 1 or 2 screws under the rubber cover, just make sure to catch the large spring before it finds your eye

The PO to the PO was restoring the car and replaced the hatch with an S4 one (no idea why, can't find any evidence of body damage), so no provisions for the brand new S3 spoiler parts I got with the car. So, I'm either going to do nothing or sell my S3 stuff and get S4 stuff, I've not decided.

I think a nice stock black S4 wing will look sweet on that red car. Although, I am partial to that look.

I agree... If anyone knows of someone looking for new stock S3 wing parts, or someone selling a good used black S4 wing, let me know!!
