Nope, this flap has round holes in it. 14 to be exact. I can't seem to find it in PET

Ok, if I buy the Drier, are pretty much all the O-rings spoke about in this? Or are there more O-rings in other places? Does my symptoms point to a Drier? I don't want to buy something just because. Any suggestions?

There are O rings where the hoses connect to anything, like the compressor, hard lines, etc.

I purchased an o-ring kit from 928gt.com. The kit came with 5, my new drier came with 2. When I replace the expansion valve, it used 4. I have not replaced the high and low side fittings yet, but I think there are 2 there. There is a connection at the low side fitting and at least 1 will go there. There are also a couple at the compressor. I don't know where the others go yet, but I will be tearing in this weekend or next. I will refer to the PET diagram for assistance.

From all that I have read, anytime the system is exposed to air/moisture, the system should be vacuumed and the drier should be replaced. Your symptoms (if the hvac vacuum system is working properly) points to moisture in the system. Also remember, some people report less than satisfactory results with 134, while others have been satisfied. My hunch is, one group went all out in the change-over, the other did not.

I am no expert, this is all based on my research. I should be able to give more realworld suggestions once I can get mine up and running.

It bothers me to waste money, so it may be a good idea to consult with a trustworthy shop before going too much further.

I think the 134a conversion kit Pelican sells has all the O rings, but until you clean and completely purge the whole system and pull a vacuum for at least an hour you are wasting your time and money.
