Intro and issues

Why hello fellow 928 enthusiasts!
Im Akai, I'm a car loving 25 yr old lady in florida.I just bought my first porsche and I'm completely in love. Googly eyes and everything.
Its an 82' 928, silver, with brown leather interior.
Its needs work to say the least but its a solid car.
I'm still kind of new to the restoration process and I'm doing everything on my own so its slow going and a learning process!
Constructive criticism is encouraged!

So basically what has been happening since I bought it, it ran great, it started right up, no issues..
Then I found that the gas tank had a crack in the bottom of it that some one had plastic welded so I replaced the tank.
I also ride a motorcycle (05' yamaha r6) and I got hit, tboned, by a dumb cellphone using driver which crushed my left foot and right after this happened my brakes went out so I had to get them drained and what not at a shop since I was slightly incapacitated with drugs and pain and unable to doso myself.
SO I drove it and it suddenly stopped running. I mean, the electrical system was still working but just no go.
I figured I ran out of gas since the instrument panel wasnt working and I had just miscalculated the distance I drove so I towed it home to take a looksie but became so busy with court dates and dealings with the accident that I didnt get a chance to look at her for a good two and a half months. She just sat in my garage all lonely.
So now this is where I am..

Problem: will not start!

Battery was dead and not taking a jump OR charge.. old battery, so went and got a Porsche battery from auto zone
Battery: $135.00
Installed that and things seemed on the up but then it would turn over but no starting..
Got a gas can and filled the gas tank with 8 gallons to be sure.
STILL no starting, I had ignition, spark, air, just no fuel...
I even sprayed an accelerator into the air intake and it would start and run on those fumes until it died again..

I went through to troubleshoot to make sure fuses were good, I found that fuse 15 was blown and its supposed to be either my window motor which the motor was still working so wtf.. so the wiring label is for the 928s?? so idk. (I have all but two of the original service manuals so I'm following the schematics from them but they are for the 928s and I dont think mine is an 's' model but ummm maybe some one can correct me..)
I did replace fuse 5 and 15 since they were blown any way, 5- windshield wipers and 15- power window regulator.
checked fuel lines in the engine bay and they were all tight.
On the right side of the fuel bank I found that the pressure port for testing the fuel line when I turned the ignition on there was getting no fuel pressure what-soever.
So I am not getting fuel pressure to the fuel injectors
Suspected fuel pump malfunction or clogged filter.

The conclusion for today is that the fuel pump is either bad or not receiving powah!

Any suggestions?
