Somebody had a front main seal pop-out of the block, but behind the crank gear, releasing huge amounts of oil. Pour some in and see where it comes out. (am assuming you had it full to begin with ).
No, the engine hasn't got a low oil safety interlock. Did you replace or inspec the front main seal while inside for TB job? What did you decide to do with the oil pump while inside?

so the oil leak was from the tube on top of the oil pan, knocked the seal out of place, never noticed when putting it all back together. new seal and no leaks. got everything all back together again and went to start it and what do you know, no start, no spark in any of the spark plugs, no spark in the coil either, was going to pack it in for the night and tried one last time, started right up. I am thinking the green wire might be bad, how do you check it to see if it is bad.

Look at condition of connectors, try not to disturb it though.

think the bolt is 15nm 20ft lb. just laying the info down.(tensioner bolt
may just have been saturated oil on connection and your good now (no spark/coil) sometimes after tb /wp done quirky little things can happen (the recheck, wires/fuse/relay/ground) still wouldnt see need to pull rebuild engine. *pcar does loves to be motoring gets better and better, but it always seem to keep you on your toes the mystery of will i be stranded today, whether you want to play pcars game or not, 24/7

I got it all back together and everything seems to be working good, the other day someone mentioned to me I had something in my exhaust pipe, I looked and I had two pieces of the guts from my cat just sitting there, I am going to cut that piece out and put a straight pipe in there.

You can, but the easiest way is to just gut the Cat. I used a metal pipe and pounded it all out on another car back in the day.
