coolant leak is a warning to replace the heater control valve and the short hose that connects it to the head.
also replace the coolant bottle cap. the thermostat and the rear seal if you have one as well as the O ring
NOTE This is the weak point in the cooling system so .../

Front end.... from the info provided your front ride height is too low,
it needs to be set to factory spec,
then possibly new tires installed then driven then aligned .

Also replace aluminum lower ball joints if you have them,
inner and outer tie rod ends and rack boots.
If the shocks are worn consider swapping in a set of Bilstiens,
they come with new lower perches and will make the biggest difference in how your car drives,
Roger has a set 928.00,
Do the shocks before you get an alignment done

The ball joints were replaced as were the tie rods. The right front has even wear but the left is worn smooth on the inside. Both front tires were bought at the same day by the PO. Plenty of suspension work documented when I went through it. Problem is that the tire sizes are staggered in the weirdest way. The taller tires are on the front while the low profile tires are on the back. The car sits level in this configuration. I would like the same size tires all the way around. I see more suspension adjustment in my future.

Sometimes when selling a car the cheapest way to fix alignment issues is to put on new tires and sell it before the wear pattern shows up.

Normally a 928 does not sit level with nobody in it the drivers side is higher.

There were a few things done on this suspension. I'll have to crack the car folder for more details when I get back to the house.

Ok here is the issue up front. http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1361665912.jpg
The right front tirehttp://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1361665974.jpg
And the balding left front tire

hobbyshark 02-23-2013 04:00 PM

The tire sizes are as follows :
225/50r 16 front
245/45zr 16 rear

I'm thinking 225/50's all the way around once I solve this issue

MP Dano what was the cause of your alignment woes? Bent tie rods?

hobbyshark 02-23-2013 04:05 PM

Im seeing something in a more recent work order
"front control arms bent slightly to rear---frame pull (no wheel alignment issue)
