"Who is the Ally of the Gopher?"

I had to get to my MAF, PO had sensor positioned so you could not adjust A/F thru the pipe organ.
Found a lot of crud on the block under the MAF. This is the second layer that was under the larger junk. No rodent damage but, did find a half eaten acorn. Not cool.

Also found plenty of insects within the screening of the MAF sensor somehow.
Tested and cleaned the other sensors as well. Didn't find any vacuum leaks, which probably means I didn't look hard enough.
Tedious job with no HP bump afterward, but feels better to have dealt with it.

^^^
part of your problem is that KnN filter,

swap it out for a factory filter the hump points to the sky,

NOTE the KnN filters dont fit the 928 air box well,
as a result lots of dirt and other things get sucked into your intake,
thus you could be damaging the cylinders by using that filter.

The oil is likely coming from the oil fill spout tighten the bolts that hold it to the block

Thanks, Ron.
It's got a way to go but I'm enjoying the work.
