Hey guyz so this is a pic of how my new spark plug looks after just going around the block. Let me give you the run down. Car sat for 10 years, I did the fuel pump, fuel line, wire harness. Turned on the car 7 to 10 sec of cranking. Sounded good but slight miss fire. I didn't change plug(they were brand new Bosch platinum's). So I put new plugs and did the timing belt- found that the #1 firing setting was off on the distributor. So I was getting burnt porcelain plugs on one side and raw fuel (they came out all wet. Now I'm getting burnt porcelain plugs but dry. Any ideas can help. Thanks

You are wasting your money buying platinum plugs. There are all kinds of stories about problems with 928 engines that have been cured by buying el cheapo copper Bosch plugs. I actually have a couple of my own, but copper is the way to go, not platinum, not iridium, just copper.

Hate answering my own questions, But can this be a result of my injectors pissing fuel instead of spraying a mist pattern?

I didn't buy the Bosch platinums, they were in the car and looked brand new that's way I didn't change them right away. Got regular plugs now. Yellowblrd I'll check oil tomorrow but before I did the timing and new plugs, I was worried about that because all my plugs were wet with fuel when I pulled them out. Now they are dry but burnt on one side and car is running better but still rough. After 25 mph to much vibration

correct Bosch plug part number is 7900 found at Autozone. Wr7dc silver tips
Remove the injectors and send them to Whitchunter, dont run the engine till this is done

Sending the injectors out to a good service, there are a few some a bit cheaper than Witchhunter, removes a whole segment of potential problems. I'm thinking it should be one of the default actions of a new owner.

Ok so I got my injectors back. I am very happy with the vender I used. I got a report of how they were working before service and report after. They are 100 % now but on average they were working at a 86% capacity. For under $150.00 including shipping, they serviced them, got the reported, changed strainers, changed the plastic nozzle, put new fuel lines, clamps and the 2 rubber rings and painted them. They look brand new. I'll install tomorrow hopefully my problem is fixed.

use some Dow Corning 111 on the O rings this will keep them pliable and make installation into the manifold and rail easier

Vibration problem gone. There is a slight miss fire but it let's you drive before the vibration was so violent that you felt that pieces were going to fall off the car. Plug wires are next on the list. Thanks

Very nice. You'll get the same service at Witch Hunter, except that short piece of hose and clamp.

Cool! Glad to hear the cleaning worked.
I used a place called Metro Fuel Injection in Massachusetts a few years ago, not terribly impressed. I think the data sheet they gave me was made up. Pulled all my injectors recently and rigged up a tester at home, 7 of 8 are seeping under pressure, worse than the set of used ones I purchased!
