Sunroof Busted Please Help

So here's what happened. I turned off the ignition so I could unlock the sunroof to take the whole thing off. It didn't do anyhting, so I turned the ignition on. As I pressed the sunroof button it (the sunroof) popped up as usual, I din't want it to go up though so I pressed it back to make it go down, and THEN it wouldn't go down! Not only that my cluster was busted too. ie. the gas needle, tach, speed, and other gaugees were not functioning.

It was stuck! Actually it didn't make a sound at all but wouldn't move. So I checked fuses. Fuse #1 which 25amp was for the sunroof and it was A Okay. Fuse number 18 (7.5amps) however which controls the cluster and the sunroof was busted. So I replaced it.

Went back into the driver seat, turned on ignition, and the cluster was working again, however! As soon as I pressed the sunroof button again, the cluster died immediately and still the sunroof was not moving, checked the same fuse again (#18) and it was busted again. Did that like 5 times and same thing over and over all with new fuses. Not sure if its a relay, I don't know how to do that. can you guys give me any suggestions?

Oh and I lowered the roof manually by the adjsuting the motor in the trunk so that's taken care of. But how do I fix the button? THanks you all.
