Front end vibration and humming noise

From 50 mph on up my 951 has a vibration in the steering wheel and hums while turning left or right. The issues seem to come from the passenger side. I originally thought it was a cupped tire but that doesn't seem to be the case. I put it on stands on everything seemed tight. I rotated the two front tires and the vibration/humming is still coming from the passenger side. Not sure if it's a wheel bearing or not. The vibration and humming seems to come and go. It definitely hums more on smooth roads. Any ideas?

could be the wheel bearing. may be the rotor.

It is the wheel bearing. if it happens more when you turn a certain direction then it is that one. turn left = rt wheel bearing. turn right = left wheel bearing.

No, not yet. I am waiting for my new wheel bearings to arrive. In the meantime I had the front tires balanced which helped a little. It's still a issue and am hoping it's the bearings. Would that cause a vibration though?
