Need pricing help

Any help appreciated. Doing this for a friend who is Customer Satisfaction Manager at a major BMW dealership. Wants to sell to help pay for her second Harley!!!!!

The basics are:
1986 Porsche 944 Turbo 5 speed
Zirmat (Champagne color) w/ dark burgundy interior
approx 144,000 miles
New Clutch around 100,000 miles
Has had major maintenance = cam belt, t-belt, drive belts, water pump, aux. water pump, plugs, etc.
All maint. work done at dealer by Porsche techs. Not all on file thou as I had them working for cash on the side after hours on most of it but I have receipts for just about everything. All genuine Porsche parts too.
New a/c parts so a/c works
New rotors & pads front and rear around 115,000 miles
New glass front and rear (rear glass was badly delaminating and discolored and front was so pitted you could not see thru it)
Professionally tinted (dark)
Nose and mirrors professionally repainted (to clean up rock chips)
993 cup style wheels with Bridgestone S02’s still have good tread but a little flat spotted right now probably tell they run for awhile again
New ignition switch
Interior redyed and touched up (very clean = dash is NOT cracked like most are)
New shifter boot
Have interior matched cover for the sunroof (to protect it when you take it off the car)
Have 944 & Turbo badges (brand new) in the glove box but not installed (I never have that stuff on my cars)
Have 944 original owners manual
Airbag delete car (has sport steering wheel)
Sport bucket seats
Lowered
Upgraded stereo / cd w/ removable face plate
Etc. etc.
Voltmeter is inop. = works sometimes and not others, tested alternator is fine, wiring is fine, they think gauge is bad
Dash clock (digital display) is inop.
Windshield washers do not work…hose maybe disconnected I do not know. Rarely driven so I have not needed them.

Minor imperfections but a great, clean car overall and an awesome fun car to drive. Previous owner was a 50+ architect. Driven by female driver since 2001-2002 time frame. Always stored in winter.
