Contact Kevin at Ultimate Motorworks. He use to build us a K26 Hiflow Sport using a k26/8 hotside and K27 coldside.

Also, I'm mating the 7006 to a #8 - NOT a #6. It will be a K27/8. In the post after yours, the guy (911s?) says that the 7006 wheel is actually a bit smaller than the 7200. So it should work just fine, as long as it is reasonably larger than a K26 compressor wheel. I'd like to get it built soon, but unless I can get a hold of a K26 turbine shaft, it is going to have to wait until late spring/early summer.

I've bee reading some more posts by the 911 guys regarding K27's, and it looks like the reason they call the 7006 the "big" one is NOT due to large compressor size, but rather because it has a such a large turbine section, which I am not even in possession of (I only have the compressor section). The 7006 wheel measures 54mm x 75mm. The 7200 wheel is pro-ported to have the same inducer size (54), but a larger exducer size, but I am not privy to exactly what that size is. Some of the things that people posted were scaring me a little bit, are now non-concerns. Like the mention of high pressure ratios using a 7200 compressor with non-up-staged #8 turbine. But those #'s are far lower than the 3:1 figure that a K27 can experience on a 930. And the fact that a 7006 wheel is smaller than a 7200, makes that # go down even farther. So everything is looking even better now for a 7006/8 (stage 0) hybrid.
But I am still going to be held up until warmer weather unless I can locate a #8 turbine shaft before then. I just saw a K26 (in need of rebuild) on ebay (currently @ $52) but unfortunately it is a #6, so it is of no use to me. If anyone has, or knows of, a K26/8 (that is in need of rebuild, but still has a good shaft & turbine wheel) for a reasonable price, definitely send me a PM. Even if it has a wasted compressor, I don't care, as long as the turbine wheel and shaft are in good shape. Otherwise, is anyone able to provide me with some contact info for outfits that sell KKK turbocharger parts (new OR used), and not just simply shops that build turbochargers? From what I have been experiencing, those shops don't (or won't) sell parts. If I come up dry on a #8 turbine shaft, the build can not take place until at least May.

I am hoping to see 400 (with proper fuel management, of course), or close to it, with the 7006 compressor mated to a #8 hotside (along with the other mods that reduce restrictions). But being new to triple K's, it looks like I severely over-estimated the availability of #8 turbines. So it's looking like I'm going to have to use the one that is now in the car, which means downtime, due to the fact that I will have to send out the shaft & wheels for balancing. Since I will only have a motorcycle to get me around during that down time, I'm looking at May, or June, at the latest, to get this job done.
