Replacing 944T front turn signal

I have to replace the whole left hand front turn signal assembly on my 1986 Porsche 944 Turbo. What do I have to do to access the electrical connection that is inside the front bumper? Can anyone give me a detail of how to do this replacement? Thanks.

If you remove the front bumper cover, access to the electrical connection to the turn signal is trivial.

You should be able to reach up and behind the bumper cover and pull off the connector from its holding bracket.

You need to remove the batwing and lower pans to do this, but you shouldn't have to take the entire cover off.

I am replacing my radiator this week, so I should be able to shoot some pictures of what to do.

Good luck, Keith
