Supposing offset wasn't an issue...would Fuchs fit over
Turbo S calipers?

Why would someone bother buying these?
They're early offset spindles machined for larger brakes...but why not just go with later offset (if brakes won't fit under fuchs anyway)??

Well, not everyone runs fuchs. Some run BBS, Fiske, Kodiak, CCW etc that can all be custom matched to a buyers needs.
