Door Alignment DIY/Procedure

I am at my wits end trying to align my doors. The window frames snag slightly against the A pillar and I have tried aligning these doors for hours with no good results. Having to loosen and tighten the six bolts over and over again is a nightmare. I have tried playing around with shims with no success. I just want that sweet sound when closing a properly aligned 911 door. Thanks in advance.

Frames and door are two different and independent adjustments. Door first, then window frames.
