Looks kinda low (which I like the look of), but was wondering if you get much rubbing in the wheel wells.
The car I am buying has H&R springs on it, and occasionally rub, so I was wondering what others thoughts are to going to the Euro Spring? It is lower than stock, but a little higher than the H&R height. One thing I found out about the 993 is that the ride height is only adjustable through completely changing the springs!
Now, I have to decide...Euro spring ride height, or factory ride height.
Any thoughts, comments, suggestions?

Thanks!

Sounds like you need to look at exactly what you have before changing. 993's can go really low without rubbing but this is most dependent on the wheel and tire combo. Also, the H&R Sport springs are not that short so you may have a shorter race version or maybe you have updated shocks with threaded bodies that are down low. Maybe start a thread and include wheel specs and pictures.
Here's a pic of my 993 with H&R Springs with Bilstein shocks set to approx. RS height if not a bit lower. My shocks are fully threaded but I think the current perch location is actually lower than the stock shock position.

Gorgeous pictures of a lowered 95. I am told that the H&R springs on the car I am buying (don't have it yet, only looked at it and drove it once) have been on since the first owner, which would mean they are 9 years old at least. I don't know how spring technology has come along in the last 10-15 years, but I do know that these springs cause the rear drivers side tire (mostly) to rub when going over moderate bumps.
The tire sizes that are on there now are:
205/50ZR15 front
255/40ZR17 rear

Now, I drove the car in what I am told is one of the best States for roads (Wisconsin), and it still rubbed on occasion. When I get the car back to Canada, I know it will rub a lot more.
Any ideas on what to do? If I have to change out the entire springs, then so be it. Any thoughts on different springs out there that will still give me a lowered look, but still prevent the tires from rubbing? I don't know much about spring brands.

Thanks!
