How to remove dash?

Hello- I need to tackle some PO wiring that connects behind the radio area of the dash on a 90 C2. Is it possible to open the dash, or is it better to take out the radio or perhaps the glove box? How is it best done? Thanks for any help!

The radio and ccu both slide out fairly easily if you have the tool, in this pic the passenger side a/b has also been pulled

the a/b glovebox and knee bar are much more involved but are doable as is the dash top

the radio tool looks like this, on the left is one version and on the right 2 of a slightly different version

Lacking the tool, I've removed the radio and ccu with finishing nails - a coat hanger would work as well.

Thank you very much! This forum is great-I hope to be able to contribute answers some day, but for now-just questions. Still, questions with answers help others.
