Nick, thanks for responding. I would sure like to think I installed correctly as it seems pretty easy. The bracket is was and is lined up properly with the notch on the neck as well as the hole for the 10mm nut holding it to the bracket. Both vent tubes are secure. I have attached a pic of the "sensor" to which I referred. No idea what this is or where it goes. Still have issues with filling with gas, but the car starts easily after filling.
