180 Degree Headers

Does anyone have experience with building/purchasing 180 degree headers for a V8 in a 911? Or, have you tried a different method of getting rid of the lumpy V8 sound like a flat cam or exhaust? I would love to hear what you have done to smooth out the V8. I'm looking into an LS1 swap, but want to figure out this piece first.

Make em your self. .weak fitting and wielding skills no problem, get an disused motor block with heads attached set up on motor stand , pvc pipe the same size as your headers going 2b ,heat gun ,protractor ect, ect, and mock them up..by far the most expensive part is the fitting. Shape out 1 pice at a time hold it or glue it in place when u get one u like glue it in place. Houber fright got a nice pipe bender 4 around 100$ .trail and error go's a long way your only real expense will be the wielding it will take about 16-20 hrs 2 wield up both sides..per bent pieces easy 2 find u save 5000$ easy..get on you tube this ant rocketc sience..post up lots o pic ..ever tom dick and Harry will have something to say. .some of it will b good

Does anybody have a video or sound clip from the 180° header car that Renegade Hybrids (or anybody else) built?

If you are planning to build your own, there are now header modelling kits available from a few companies like https://www.icengineworks.com/how-it-works/ that will make your life a lot easier. They are not cheap but will save you dozens of hours, and you could buy it used and then sell it afterwards to another builder.
