Value of ROW 3.0 targa

I'm helping a friend sell a car, but I'm not 100% sure on value. Any help appreciated.
It's a numbers-matching 77 3.0 Carrera Targa. Imported in the early 80s. 110k miles. Original paint in good condition, original black interior. Doesn't leak much, some service records. I know this being a 3L it's worth a little more than an SC and maybe a 3.2.

Thanks!

What color? Sport seats or regular ones?

The C3's are very desirable. 77 is probably the less desirable year but still a very sought after car WAG is high twenties - low thirties depending on records / mech condition. Ice Green is a good color for a Targa and with (the most desirable 74-80) factory sport seats being a big plus. The more history he has and the more the miles can be verified means the higher the price.
More knowledgeable minds than me will know if the car had snorkel washers. I think they were finished then but if it does that's another +
Post some pics and let us help more.

What Christian said. Likely a $30-40K car.

Im new to this forum / site and I also have a very similar car as you have described. Sending you a PM to discuss further. This particular car is indeed a very rare 911 Carrera 3.0 Targa.

This particular car is indeed a very rare 911 Carrera 3.0 Targa... Its Starting to sound like you are trying to generate a soft sale.

Search his posts and see what he's got going on in the Tech forum. He's a new owner who is just learning what he really has and is excited. He's not looking to piss in your anyone's Cheerios.

I don't know what a soft sale is, if that's in reference to me.
I was trying to help him sell his car, and he's decided to figure it out on his own. Definitely would love to find myself in his situation and I wish him the best!
