RBMann there is Locktite, or some other similar gunk, on the Speed Bleeders so air leakage should not be a problem. I will pop the cap on the MC when I get home...

The pipe spacer was damaged and is being replaced. Apparently there is some scuffing to the rotors but that is cosmetic only. They believe there was a water leak that led to rusting of the bearings....

Dealer said the rotors were warped, not a lot but probably the reason I was getting some strange noises from the front end. Brake pads were changed at that time and clutch and brake fluid changed....

Brake fluid is about 3 years old, I haven't ridden much in the last couple of years. Was changed by dealer when the rotors got changed.

I don't know what the abs motor should sound like.
