Why even put them on? I have been running 930 brakes in two G body based hot rods for over 20 years without covers. Over 250k miles all over Canada and U.S. and ten years on the track. Never any issues. And it may be my imagination, but the calibers and inside of the rims seem to stay cleaner longer.
