If you think you have everything you will need, you'll still end up having to buy a few parts. I'm starting with a complete rebuild kit from Vertex, and then as I build, seeing what else I need.

The thread on rennlist I believe was mine, and the general consensus was to just buy a rebuild kit, and go from there. I have lots of time, so I can afford to wait while parts come in.

Now, you are presuming that your cylinders will be in good shape, which mine were not. Something to check on.
