without a check valve here you're leaking boost, but that isn't the big problem at the moment.
I would assume fuel pressures are messed up.

What size and comp ratio are your turbo pistons?
What fuel pressure reg are you using and what's your pressure settings?
Are you still running stock injectors?
I/C size?

Any pictures?

Thanks
930 pistons, Protomotive FPR, pegged out fuel pressure gauge (over 5 bar), 380cc Bosch injectors, full deck IC (not sure of brand). Pics are on my other computer at the moment.

Two things:
1. You need to check your fuel pressure. How do you know you're not at 6.5 bar? (which would cause your injectors to work improperly).

2. You need a wideband O2 sensor.

If you didn't already do both of those, count yourself lucky you didn't blow up your engine, seriously.
