without a check valve here you're leaking boost, but that isn't the big problem at the moment.
I would assume fuel pressures are messed up.

Two things:
1. You need to check your fuel pressure. How do you know you're not at 6.5 bar? (which would cause your injectors to work improperly). 2. You need a wideband O2 sensor. If you didn't already do both of those, count yourself lucky you didn't blow up your engine, seriously.
