Help me prioritize please :)
I can`t decide in which order to prioritize my future mods. I`m not sure yet if i need to reseal the engine this winter because of leaks. Bought 15 liters Valvoline VR1 20w50 to replace the 5w50 mobil 1 to try first. Apart from the leaking and a slight valve tick around 6th cylinder, it runs like madness. I actually think it tries to kill me
![]() I got: k27 7006 turbo B&B ic triflow headers and exhaust XDi ignition 0.8 wastegate spring Here`s my mods list. I just can`t decide in which order to buy them. I`m not made of money so i need to do it one by one: Innovative LC-1 Wideband Controller Momo tuner or champion steering wheel Tial 46mm wastegate H4 headlight upgrade Interior fixing doorcards, sunvisors and back seat refresh Upgrade the suspension bushes and shocks Body mods like 930s front mirrors and a gt2 wing Wheels The list is sorted by price. If i want say, wheels, i need to save for a little while. Whatcha think? Other mods to consider?

Oheggem,
Sticking to your list, I would do the mods in this order. I would add an adjustable WUR after the LC-1. Once you see your AFR, you may need to adjust it. Also, the Tial wastage may not be necessary if your current wastegate is OK and your happy with your spring. Honestly, the OEM wastegate is solid. A change is wheel size will help control the car once you tune with your LC-1 ![]() I would move the interior changes up the list, if it means you are removing weight, especially if you are removing the backseat and heavy insulation. Weight reduction is one serious Mod to consider! Innovative LC-1 Wideband Controller Tial 46mm wastegate Wheels Upgrade the suspension bushes and shocks Momo tuner or champion steering wheel Interior fixing doorcards, sunvisors and back seat refresh H4 headlight upgrade Body mods like 930s front mirrors and a gt2 wing Just my thoughts. Many on this forum are far wiser than me.

Since you say it is trying to kill you the way things are now, I'd do the following:
1. Lc-1 ( to make sure the engine last, while getting good performance) 2. Suspension ( this will make you go even faster, safer -well sort of) 3. H4 now you can go fast at night as well. Important in northern Norway ![]() 4. Fix door card and sunvisors. It looks like crap in an otherwise cool car. Low sun dictates use of sunvisors. I'd skip the rest unless you have some real cool wheels in mind.

Would do as mentioned.
Drop the wastegate, control afr, if all is good then you can go for a 1bar spring. If resealing next winter (or in future) put in SC cams :-)

Sound advice there. I get the impression that the oem wastegate is da **** so i`ll stick with it. What happens with the one bar spring thoug? More top end boost or will it boost harder at regular rpms?

More top end boost. It will definately pull harder.
Advisable to go with a more efficient intercooler as well, at least in warmer climates. In Norway thought we not often have that warm climate though:-)

Is the B&B ic not good enough? Heat is not such a problem here indeed
