Where are you having problems? Is this a short or long neck I/C?

With new (or at least serviceable) o-rings a short neck should seal up nicely at the I/C itself. The problem is often (or at least sometimes) getting a good seal where the charge pipe connects with the turbo. This is pretty easily remedied by cutting off the bottom of the charge pipe (the flared area into which the o-rings are supposed to seat/seal) and using a 4"-5" length of 2" silicone hose and high quality clamps. No more leaks.

I'm facing a similar question - this is related to the gasket between the IC and the decklid grill. I was thinking I'd fabricate something out of an off the shelf extrusion.
