VE table ramblings. Near flat all over?

I finally got an adapter done to do a proper pressure test and oh boy did I find several different places that leaked with pressure and the worst leaks where from injector blocks seals for efi injectors. I had to install thicker seals for driver side injectors.
I guess the leak from tb axle is something cant be fixed?

It was hard to get the car even running after those fixes and now after several autotune runs the map is somewhat nice. So today I desided to run some wot runs and it was pretty difficult with traction problems. Jesus, those two 38 wastegates are mental compared to one 46 tial. It sounds like the engine is knocking mad when you hear it first time.

So,
My ve table is really strange now but if it works it works. Not much delta from 60 kpa to 230 kpa? When I had leaks it was over double but now its almost flat? Has anyone experienced anything similar and what makes it behave like this? I think the max boost is 1.4 bar now and ve is about 130 at 5000@230kpa while its around 80 at idle and 100 at 1200rpm 50kpa? I just changed my O2 wb sensor also to get good autotune data. AFR seems about where I want it everywhere. 15 at cruise and 12 WOT. This is with 93 octane now as I'm putting the car to rest over winter tomorrow. FULL SEQUENTAL with ID 1000 injectors.

Remember your ve numbers are dependent on your initial required fuel number. I bet yours is set at 4.?

no, but I had to scale it down to half so its 1.9 with 0.63ms. Calculated with 6cyl id1000 and 3.3 was 3.7 and 1.23ms.

EDIT: Messed my memory, VE values were half with calculated reg_fuel so the highest value was only 83 at 1.3bar and 7000rpm?

With E85 I did not have these problems but then I had developed some leaks too, so much that my idle was 1200rpm with throttle closed. Thats why I had to do the pressure test to find out where it leaked.

This is how calculated req_fuel would show on VE table. My FPR sensor shows 3.5bar on idle (not sure if its calibrated correctly as I have not touched the aeromotive FPR and it says it comes as 40psi = 3bar ) but dead time is not much different 3 vs. 4bar. Calc fuel would be a bit different at 3.5bar but only about 15% higher VE and still max under 100.

My VE table is almost identical to Smurfbus's. I am running 57 lbs Bosch Injectors.
I read on the Megasquirt Forum that the VE tables tend to be very flat when running 2 pumps, like in our cars.

Good to know. I run one pump at this time but maybe its the low compression and two valves. But with 1.4 bar one would expect over 100 VE on calculated reg_fuel values. Car runs good and is fast so I'm just hoping for explanation why its so flat and realtively low numbers on boost.

Smurfbus are you running E85? I've noticed that cars that are running E85, the VE tables tend to be much higher.

I put the car on hypernation for winter time yesterday and before that I wanted to get a drivable 93 oct tune while filling the tank with 93 for better injector care as mine are not all stainless.

Curious to see how the +30% for E85 works out with this 93 file when I get to drive this tank empty next spring.

It must be the 'multiply MAP' that makes it pretty flat.
