The only fit the twin cam engines.

The cylinders do not fit on shreddr engine.

Yes. For the HP2 all you need is cylinders, pistons and head gasket. Ready.

lovely! if I had an HP2S this would be a mod on my list, but I am guessing that a stock 1250 model R12S is probably not too far off.

Its not available as of yet. As per Kurt Rossner Mottorad it will be released in the fall of 2011

That 105mm BigBoreKit is the weapon of choice for DOHC-Boxer power-enthusiasts.

It is the only way for HP2S owners to keep their bikes in competition with tuned R1200S bikes like mine. In fact, if a HP2S is tuned well, this bigborekit will give those bikes an edge.
