Google bans Gunbroker

Google is removing the Gunbroker App from the Play Store.

Hi Developers at GunBroker.com LLC,
After review, GunBroker.com, com.gunbroker.android has been suspended and removed from Google Play due to a policy violation.
Issue: Violation of Dangerous Products policy.

We don’t allow apps that facilitate the sale of explosives, firearms, ammunition or certain firearms accessories. We also don’t allow apps that provide instructions for the manufacture of explosives, firearms, ammunition, restricted firearm accessories, or other weapon

What would a gunbroker app do that a normal website couldn't? Most "apps" I see are nothing more than crappy home-spun web browsers in a walled-garden.

It is their app store. Unlike the walled garden of Apple you can use a 3rd party app repo on Android devices
