Because I don't care to read about your fake-a$$ titties. If I had known, I wouldn't have opened the thread, since it's titled hot out I didn't realize that was gonna be the subject...
I'll say it again, you try way to hard.....

One of the most uncomfortable days of my life was in Houston, TX (actually Clear Lake area - Johnson Space Center). 99F outside with a dew point of 75. Miserable. It has gotten much more humid around here (TN) than it used to be. It used to be that dew points above 70F were rare. Now it is common. We had a dew point of 79F last year. 79!!!!

Having spent considerable time in the company of females who expressed themselves freely (as in the company of friends) I recognize the comment for what it was. Sorry you found it offensive, but it sounded like something I might expect to hear from some of my friends. W hen the girls let their hair down, it certainly seperates the boys from the men.![]() Best Les

That 79 dewpoint sounds like dogshiit for sure - damn! Same here about the rise in humidity - it has always been somewhat humid here (the area is labeled "subtropical"), but the last few years have really been something else with year-round extreme atmospheric moisture, regardless of temperature, except for rare and brief occurrences. Currently, we are on about three straight months were it is 80+% humidity every single night (I know this as I work a split shift daily, which means I am at my non-a/c job from late evening until about 2:00AM for the second part of the split). To say I've had enough of being sopping wet at work every day and night is an understatement.

Now our local "experts" are talking about the "real feel" temperature. They never (AFAIK) talk about the danger associated with the combination of high heat and high humidity.
Sure, it "feels" awful, but that high humidity means your body can't cool down through evaporation. Screw the feeling. It means you're more likely to overheat. My pet peeve rant for the day.

It hit 99 degrees yesterday afternoon just south of Toledo Ohio. Mid 90's forecasted for the rest of the week. At least I can skip mowing the grass for awhile.

we've been enjoying some insanely nice weather here in Md the past couple weeks. low humidity makes just about any temp under 90 pleasant when you get a breeze and occasional shade. Supposed to heat up as we get to the weekend reaching 100 Sunday.
On a positive note i can drop POUNDS walking 9 holes in 95+ degree weather thanks to water loss!

80 degrees with low humidity in LA today, finally getting hot here. I want to thank most of you for confirming my choice to live in coastal California!

98 here in West Central Ohio. The air wasn’t soggy enough, so we had a brief rainstorm at 3 PM,then the sun came out again. There was steam coming off the pavement while it was raining.

Kind of a strange end of Spring and introduction to Summer here. Right now it's 78 degrees & 38% humidity. Nights have been down into the mid 40s. Usually it's quite a bit warmer at this time of the year. Lots of other locations in the area have been warmer including tripple digits in the desert but for some unknown reason, we've been cool here.

Not too bad in Charleston today. High of 85°, 66% humidity and sunny. A breeze off the coast, kept things cool.

You really need to have it spelled out?
OK, there is an old trope that when a man meets a woman he stares at her chest before looking her in the eye. Dixie's joke was a play on that old trope. I don't understand all the vitriol over that post. You guys need to lighten up.
