Check out this old bird!!! It once flew from my front yard, went up and over our single story house, and landed in the backyard intact and on it's wheels!!! I used to really enjoy tweaking all the performance I could out of those...

I remember taping bottle rockets to balsa wood gliders. Light the fuse, time it just right, throw the thing and it would blast off and then come the pop and little fragments of balsa raining down. Sometimes you could get 2 or 3 flights tops.

Can’t wait to get her in bug smashing mode. Need to inspect all systems, send the Dynon in for a service and CI. Nav lights, ADSB and trailing edge fences to follow once flying.

Same engine as the ol C-150 heavy and per the logs, will push FM-1 to 175 at full boat. We will see with my fat arse sitting in it. Lol

Many folks say that this thing flys like a fighter. Very snappy and light in the controls. No frills flying at its best.
