I don’t know what your fantasy might be, but if you are expecting a beach full of well-shaped naked young female models you will be sorely disappointed.

Good coffee
Manners
People knowing how to drive
Good quality food (not the processed glop we get here)
Reliable, good, clean transit systems (and long-distance rail systems)
Metric system (OMG so much more sensible!)
Respect for teaching as a profession / valuing education

I’m sure I can think of more. Europe in particular does an awful lot right. Not everything, but a lot.

I'll add to LWJ's cheese comment more unpasterized products like beer, yogurt and milk.

Live Beer! (Literally alive)

Unfiltered and Unpasteurized Mistinguett

Good coffee - PNW & OF COURSE, NoLa

Manners - Minnie-soda

Good quality food (not the processed glop we get here) - PNW & OF COURSE, NoLa & Cajun parts of La. - even could include most of the South

You're right - I split it up... English is my 3rd language so it's not always proper ;-)

Oh yeah - Teaching foreign languages (more of them, sooner)

We've got that, but it's cheaper when tied to a job. I suppose if you opt out of the company subsidized health care, your check would be bigger which would make it easier to pay for the stuff that's not subsidized (although it's not remotely going to be a 1 to 1).

We could always bump our taxes up another 15-25% and then have the govt pay for it with the money that we give them in taxes. Nothing's a free ride.

Vacation policy is about where you work. For the last 8 years I've been someplace where I get 4 weeks of vacation plus 2 weeks of holiday plus a couple of personal days and then sick leave. I also have a pension on top of my 401k.

But yes, that is not the norm. Most of the places that I've worked have started at 2 weeks of vacation and then usually after you've been with the company some years, they add weeks until you are somewhere between 3 and 6 weeks of vacation a year.

Well, they just started being easily available here and they are delicious. I can get them at my neighborhood grocery store and Target.

Once upon a time, long ago and far, far away I was in Daytona with my Norton, fibre glass tank leaking directly on the headers., In canada this would be an easy fix. Went to hardware store for Seal-all
but they never heard of it. I don't know how that bike didn't go up in flames. Fixed it when I got home and it never leaked again. And everyone lived happily ever after. Amen.
